October

We have had an AWESOME October! We started by going camping with our friends, the Pennington's. Yes, all four Boening family members (including Jacob) stayed a night at Lake Lavon in a tent. It was cold, but SO much fun! Here is Alison with Nicole and Jake Pennington.

Nicole tried to teach our girlie Alison how to throw a ball! Not much luck....

The next weekend, we headed down to Katy for the Annual Rice Harvest Festival. Craft booths, games, funnel cake, sausage on a stick and rides!

Jacob got to break out his new hoodie, while we strolled around!

Alison and Mommy managed our way through the House of Mirrors...

...and Alison enjoyed the many rides at the Kiddie Carnival!

We even got to ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel. Alison has no fear, whatsoever - very cool! Then, Mom and Uncle Noel rode on the Zipper.

On our way home, we stopped in Bryan to visit with Gran and Opa.

It is hard to believe that Jacob is almost 4 months old! Time is just flying by, but we are enjoying every minute of it.
