Here is Alison looking at the fish tank at Allen's Public Library. Once a week, we like to go to the library to check out the children's section with the pretty wall murals and fun picture books. Then, we always spend at least 15 minutes staring at the fish tank.
We added a new cereal to Alison's diet - oatmeal! She loves it just as much as the rice and is now eating rice for lunch and oatmeal for supper (I know this seems backwards, but it is what she is used to). Here she is looking into her bowl to make sure the oatmeal is indeed all finished:
Last Saturday (January 27), we celebrated Alison's Half Birthday at Uncle Nathan and Aunt Christina's house in Argyle. She had rice and we gave her a taste of the chocolate icing on her cake, but she was not such a huge fan of that! However, we all enjoyed her cake.
Mimi and Pops came up for the weekend. Even though Pops was sick the whole time, he still managed to make Alison smile (from a distance...)
